"Candy"

Candy has been with me over a year now, and she really is a pretty gentle girl. She is a bit on the timid side, not to say that she won't bite...but she loves it whe you kiss her beak. I went away for a week and I was really surprised how glad she was to see me!
She has plucked her chest for years, as you can see by her photo but her feathers are very brightly colored and iridescent. She is petite and pretty quiet. She loves to go out in the aviary. She is a good eater.
If she appeals to you, I would say that it would be best to leave her alone physically for a couple of weeks, she will let you know when it is time to touch.
Her eyes light up like no other parrot I have ever met. She loves to be talked to and interacted with. As in all relationships, love will take time!
